Why A Simple 30-Minute Detox Program Could Give You A Whole New Lease Of Life
A lot has been said, and written about detoxification over the years, some of which is pure fantasy, and some of which, is based on fact.
There can be no doubt that our modern lifestyle can inflict unnecessary problems on our bodies, and internal organs, which can manifest in ways we don’t always fully recognize or understand. One thing is for sure, harmful toxins are everywhere.
Much of our food, and drinks contain artificial colorants, preservatives, excessive amounts of sodium, and many other chemicals.
Beauty products, and toiletries such as shampoos, makeup, and face creams, contain a whole host of nasty chemicals including Parabens, Sulphates, Synthetics, Phthalates, Lead, Formaldehyde, and many more. Then there is alcohol, nicotine, vapes, and many various carbon, and sulphur based air pollutants from vehicle exhausts.
Medical professionals say the body can naturally detoxify, which is true to a degree, especially concerning some food, and drink additives.
However, most of us are over exposed to so many chemicals every day that we become victims of chemical overload, and there is only so much the liver, and kidneys can do for us.
The rest of the toxins that are not excreted, are deposited around the body, and can cause a myriad of problems including fatigue, brain fog, weight loss or weight gain, insomnia, headaches, constipation, skin disorders, and much more.
52-Year Old Kelly Myer’s Personal Experience…
Kelly Myer works as a customer service representative in the city of Phoenix, Arizona, which is about 4 miles from her home.
She loves her job and always gets on well with her work colleagues but one day, for no apparent reason, she seemed quite aggressive towards them.
Kelly takes up her story. “For months I had been feeling unwell but I didn’t tell anyone until I finally snapped, and began yelling at two of my work friends. Then finally, all my problems just poured out. I apologized, and told them how I’d been feeling so tired, had constant headaches, and developed a painful, and worrying rash on my back.”
She continued, “I’d already been to see my doctor, and he prescribed some pills but they didn’t seem to work. I just felt so ill, and depressed, and yet it seemed nobody was able to help me.
Then Helen, one of my work colleagues told me that she too had experienced something similar about two years ago. She told me that she then detoxed for 4 weeks straight, and she felt completely rejuvenated.
She said all her symptoms quickly disappeared, and she wasn’t talking about any kind of detox diet either. I hadn’t really thought about detoxing, although I had tried some detox juices once, which didn’t really work for me.”
